Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-17-draft
These terms apply to your use of TicketWise. By creating an account you agree to them. [Legal review: entity name, ABN and registered address.]
1. The service
TicketWise is a free online wallet for storing and organising your qualifications, licences and work documents, recording important dates, receiving reminders, building a résumé and sharing selected information with others. Core worker features are provided free of charge. If we introduce paid services in future, they will be clearly identified and optional.
2. Not a training provider or verifier
- TicketWise is not currently a Registered Training Organisation and does not issue nationally recognised qualifications.
- Documents and details are self-reported unless clearly marked “verified”. TicketWise does not guarantee that any document is genuine, current or accepted by a particular employer or site.
- Dates and reminders are a convenience. You remain responsible for knowing and meeting your licensing, regulatory and site requirements. A passed site refresher date does not necessarily mean a nationally recognised unit has expired, and the absence of a date does not mean a document is current.
- AI-suggested details may be wrong. Always check suggestions before saving them.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old. [Legal review: age.]
- Keep your password secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Provide accurate information and only upload documents that belong to you or that you are authorised to upload.
4. Acceptable use
You must not upload false, forged or altered documents; upload malware; attempt to access other people's accounts; misuse referral features; scrape or overload the service; or use TicketWise unlawfully.
5. Sharing
When you create a share link, anyone with the link can view the information you selected until it expires or you switch it off. Only share links with people you trust.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of your documents and content. You give us a licence to store, process and display them only as needed to provide TicketWise to you.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Consumer law and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on dates, reminders or AI suggestions, or from an employer's decision about your documents. [Legal review: limitation wording.]
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about material changes before they apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Western Australia — to be confirmed].
