TicketWise uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party analytics scripts.

Strictly necessary cookies

tw.session_token (and related tw.* cookies) — keeps you logged in and protects against cross-site request forgery. Secure, HttpOnly, expires after 30 days or when you log out.
tw.two_factor / trust device — remembers a device you chose to trust for staff two-step verification.

Offline storage

If you install TicketWise to your home screen, a service worker stores public files such as the logo, styles and the offline page so the app opens quickly. It does not store your documents, résumé or account data.

Statistics

We count visits to public pages in aggregate (a daily total) without cookies or identifiers.

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
